Geoffrey Hanson Geoffrey graduated from Yale University in 1990 with a B.A. in
American Studies concentrating in film. His thesis at Yale was a 75- minute
film entitled Our Birthstone is a Diamond: Baseball and America.
He moved to Telluride, Co., the following year and began a career in
journalism before creating his own music production company, Big Daddy Music. Big
Daddy produced concerts with such talent as Taj Mahal, J.J. Cale, Warren Zevon,
and The Radiators.
In 1996, Geoffrey wrote, produced and starred in the film Scrapple.
The movie was released in 1998 and was hailed as "The Ski Bum's
version of Easy Rider" by Men's Journal Magazine.
In 2001, Geoffrey produced Widespread Panic: Live at Oak Mountain, a
live concert DVD on the Athens, Ga. rock n' roll band Widespread Panic.
The DVD was certified Gold by the RIAA.
In 2003, he produced the documenatry The Earth Will Swallow You, also
about Widespread Panic. That movie was voted Best Documentary by
Relix Magazine in 2003.
In 2004, Hanson made his directorial debut with Earth Vs. The
Radiators: The First 25, a live concert DVD featuring New Orleans
legends The Radiators. Geoffrey also produced the double live CD of
the same title.
Geoffrey has two other film scripts in development. One Fat Summer,
adapted from the novel by Robert Lipsyte, is being produced by
Cataland Films in New York City. And The Universal Baseball
Association, based on the novel by Robert Coover, is a project that
Geoffrey hopes to produce in the coming years.
Curse to Verse: The Boston Red Sox Miracle Season from A to Z is Geoffrey's
first book and is a culmination of a life-long love affair with the Boston Red
Sox.
Geoffrey lives in Wilmington, NC with his wife Alison and daughters

Miles Lewis Miles Lewis graduated from the School of Design in Raleigh North Carolina receiving a BA in Visual Design.
As a museum staff designer and illustrator, Miles created visual art and
collateral information for permanent collections and special exhibits.
His highly stylized portrait work has resulted in numerous commissions,
gallery showings and an Addy Award.
In addition to his editorial work for magazines and sports apparel, Miles
currently illustrates for national advertising campaigns.
